Posting rules
These rules apply to everything posted on this site.
This is a starter draft and is pending review by an attorney.
Protect other people's privacy
Never identify or out another person. No full names, no photos of other people, no workplaces, no addresses and no social handles. Missed connections must describe a moment, not a person's identity.
No hate speech, harassment or threats
Nothing that attacks or demeans a person or group, and nothing threatening, intimidating or abusive.
No adult content or sexual services
No sexual content, no nudity and no advertising of sexual services of any kind.
No illegal or licence-restricted goods
No illegal goods or services, no weapons, no drugs and no licence-restricted goods, including alcohol sold without a valid licence.
No scams or misleading listings
No pyramid schemes, no get-rich-quick offers, no fake listings and no misleading prices or descriptions.
How moderation works
- Every public post is reviewed before it goes live, normally within 24 hours.
- Reported posts are hidden straight away while a moderator reviews them.
- We give a reason whenever we decline or remove a post.
- Repeat offenders lose their account.
- You may post up to 3 new items per day across classifieds and missed connections.
