Using this site
By using this website you agree to these terms, to our posting rules and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Accounts
You must be 18 or older to hold an account. Keep your password private, give accurate details, and do not create accounts on behalf of other people. You are responsible for everything posted from your account.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting you give us permission to display and store that content on this site. You confirm that you have the right to post it and that it does not breach our posting rules or South African law.
Moderation
Everything the public posts is reviewed before it appears. We may decline, hide or remove any post, and we may suspend or close accounts that break the rules repeatedly. We give a reason when we decline or remove a post.
Markets and events
Event details, venues, dates and stall prices may change. Applying for a stall does not guarantee a place. Vendors are responsible for their own permits, licences, insurance and the goods they sell.
Listings and trades between members
Classifieds, directory listings and missed connections are posted by members. We do not check the accuracy of listings and we are not party to any arrangement made between members. Please take sensible care when meeting people or paying for goods.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site or from dealings with other members.
